Amateur fishing as a problem of entrepreneurship activity

The article examines the situation regarding the impact of recreational fishing on business activities, and also draws up the relationship between the components of state regulation of the sphere of recreational fishing and business in general, which makes it possible to consider recreational fishing not only as satisfying personal needs, but also the real problems of recreational fishing in relation to the owners fishing/fish breeding areas, which in turn affects government interactions and the manifestation of checks and balances, options for solving the problems presented will also be proposed.
