People with intellectual problems in Russian society as a social reality and problem

The article analyses the statistics on the number of people who are under regular medical check-up and data on the number of people with intelligence problems. It reveals the issues on decline of the socio-demographic situation. The paper also considers integration, inclusion and social assistance for people with intelligence problems.
