The luminescent analysis of mitochondria state at impact of some heavy metals

It was studied the effect of heavy metal ions impact on the rats liver mitochondria by method of own and probe fluorescence. Under the influence of heavy metals, fall the intensity of total and tryptophan fluorescence is observed. At incubation of mitochondria in medium, containing lead ions, there is significant increase in the microviscosity coefficient in common lipids. In model system it is revealed the distinct reduction in energy migration from mitochondrial proteins on pyrene as compared with control.
