It's shown, that deficiency of polyunsaturated fatty acids is one of the infringements in a nutrition of the modern person. Flax oil is a natural source of the polyunsaturated fatty acids. High preventive efficiency of flax oil which possesses anti-inflammatory, immune and other physiological properties is marked.
