Lobbyism. Аnalysis act

The article deals with the objective social relations folding in lobbying activities. Attention is paid to directly lobby their customers, the relationship, lobbied interests, ways and means of lobbying. Conclusions that lobbying is in conflict with the Constitution and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation, in most cases, is a prohibited act of domestic legislation, contrary to the normal political process
