Law enforcement as an activity of dedicated government agencies and officials is a process consisting of several stages. Each of these stages has its own internal logic and, on the other hand, they are subjects to the general logic of law enforcement process. This ensures legality, justice and humanity of the law administration in constitutional democracy.
