Logical-legal objectives of the category civil legislation import

Author refers to essential part of the category «legislation import» as a problem, which is not related to individual thematic reviews nowadays. In the article the reasons that modern regulatory function of the category «legislation import» made great progress from the area of interpretations and supplements of law are given. The category being the basis of these theories acquires its own thematic value, which causes scientific search of its essence and formal-logical borders as a result. «Legislation import» is explored as a legislation value, which has its own meaning in the mechanism of the enforceability.
