Logistics as a factor in increasing the competitiveness of trade economy

The article is devoted to the study of concept of logistics integration in the sphere of retail trade. The article presents the theoretical approaches to the study of integration concept; it highlights the factors contributing to the development of integration processes and formulates basic features of logistics integration. An independent study of the integration processes in the retail industry allowed the author to formulate a definition of logistics integration in retail.
