Logistics cluster flows: role and place in the concept of "triple helix"

At present, the prospects for the development of clusters occur in the direction of strengthening horizontal interactions between government, science and business. Major institutional sector innovation system is increasingly intertwined, forming a so-called triple helix. Science interacts with government and business, they have a mutual influence on each other and together determine the direction and speed of economic development.
