Logistics risks of collection and processing seawed mariculture in the south of Primorsky krai

Suitable for the natural type of extraction and production in Primorsky krai of products from mariculture are kelp and ahnfeltia due to wealth of beneficial properties, growing and extraction conditions, along with a sufficient quantity of permitted quotas that can be purchased. But in doing so, mariculture collection, processing and production are underdeveloped in Primorsky krai and Russia as a whole. Companies involved in the collection, processing and implementation of mariculture products have specific activities with a large number of nuances and features depending on the type of products, the places of its collection and the technologies used. An essential element of their successful work is efficient logistics and all the stages of the production and commercial activities of the company. Despite some similarities of logistics solutions, each territory, each company and each type of mariculture requires the development of unique methods for indentifying, assessing and managing the risks of logistic systems. Each logistics system of processing enterprises is unique, the author of the article suggests that identifying, assessing and managing the risks corresponding to a unique logistics system will allow a mariculture processing enterprise to organize an effective logistic system. The article discusses the main algae maricultures for production in the Primorsky krai and presents the application areas of these algae. The uniqueness of each logistics system of processing enterprises in the field of collection and processing of maricultures is substantiated. Also, the functional areas of logistics and their inherent risks are considered, on the basis of which a risk matrix for processing enterprises of Primorsky Krai is compiled and measures to respond to the challenges of the external and internal environment are developed.
