Logistics management in the space of digital economy: the legal regulation and development trends

The article examines the regulatory and legal regulation and trends in the development of logistics management in the digital economy. The main directions of development of digital economy are presented. A review of the most significant legal acts concerning the formation and development of the digital economy in Russia and the Eurasian economic Union has been prepared. Priorities of development of digital economy according to the action Plan of the program "Digital economy of the Russian Federation" are revealed. The analysis of the level of development of the digital economy in terms of "the proportion of digital economy in the GDP" for the year 2016 in the ranking of the G20 countries. Also considered is the grouping of countries by the level of development of the digital economy according to the rating of Digital Evolution Index 2017 presented by Mastercard and the School of law and diplomacy.
