Logistic approach to providing optimum storage conditions and processing of grain crops

Currently, in terms of economic and political instability in the country, the grain producers, and the companies involved in its storage, conditioning and manufacturing of cereal products should adhere to the policy of reducing costs, or ensure their relative stability. This paper describes optimal conditions for storage of grain and leguminous crops, the violation of which entails a qualitative and quantitative loss of grain weight and cost of finished products and provides logistics tasks to ensure optimal conditions for the storage of grain.
