Logistic approach to the organization of inventory management in stock

The article discuss the problem of organizing warehousing activities based on the introduction of logistic methods that allow optimization of the replenishment of stocks of resources in a warehouse. The methods of grouping stocks are considered: the ABC analysis method and the XYZ-inventory analysis method. Analyzed the logistic process in the warehouse based on the definition of the main functions of the warehouse.
