Logistics in crises situations

The article is discussed the issues when the logistical activity is responding on arising crises situations in the process of social and community development. There are described the main issues of crises causes, the relations between the crisis notions and risk in a logistical management work. The main logistical activity phases are determined in crisis conditions and there are specified the anti-crisis management actions stages, allowing to bring the crisis situation to its original state.
