Logos and ethos of social modernization: educational aspect

In the article the essence of modernizational processes is exposed and depicted. The intercorrelation of modernization and educational institutes is observed. It states that, in spite of colossal importance of education in business of social development, financial investments in education turn out to be ineffective, especially in its humanitarian part. The concentration on control by migratory streams turns out to be more easy, safe and cheap.
