The article deals with the phenomenon of “staff loyalty”, as in the modern world, managers are increasingly aware that the level of staff loyalty affects different aspects of the company’s life, and mainly it affects the productivity and the psychological climate within the team. Thus, employees with a high degree of loyalty are more focused on the development and formation of the organization, so they make more efforts for high-quality and accurate work, as well as strive to find creative and innovative solutions to their tasks. At the same time, in companies faced with the problem of low employee loyalty, there is a high turnover, poor performance of professional functions, theft, aimed at using the resources of the organization and more. That is why it becomes obvious that the level of staff loyalty depends on the success of the enterprise as a whole. And one of the best ways to increase and strengthen this phenomenon is to study employee motivation.
