With personnel loyalty as a problem of modern management theory and practice deals in the article. Theoretical approaches to the study of loyalty as a managerial phenomenon are summarized. The content characteristics of the loyalty of the organization's personnel are theoretically justified. The concept of "loyalty" of the staff is clarified, which actualizes the role of commitment, values, respect and acceptance of the organization's philosophy. Loyalty is an important component of a competitive organization, a factor of progressive development.
