Staff loyalty in modern organizations: concept, attributes, characteristics

The article is devoted to personnel loyalty as a fundamental characteristic of an employee in modern HR-management. The article gives the concept of definition of "loyalty", its attributes and features are considered. The authors concretize the main characteristics of staff loyalty. The main components of loyalty identified by foreign scientists dealing with the issues of staff loyalty are considered. The authors of the article conducted a study and analyzed the assessment of personnel loyalty by the method of questioning in the limited liability company “Ocean” (Bryansk region, Pochep).
