Localization as a process of linguistic transformation of the structure and content of a dynamic text

The article deals with the problem of localization in the computer-mediated discourse, examines the differences between localization and translation, analyzes the preconditions of the allocation of localization as a separate direction, and proposes the definition of localization based on the key orientation of its methods on the operation with a pragmatic level of the text.
