Local derivations and local automorphisms of nilpotent algebras of matrices of small orders

Let K be associative and commutative ring with identity. In the article we study local derivations and local automorphisms of algebra R of lower niltriangular n×n matrices over K and associated with R of Lie algebra. Their descriptions are completed under n = 3 and when K is a field, under n = 4.
