Local regulations and normative legal acts as methodical basis of document flow management (a case study of Volgograd Institute of Management, branch of RANEPA)

The paper studies local regulations and normative legal acts that form the basis of document flow management in the Volgograd Institute of Management, branch of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. The author suggests analytical procedures and carries out practical recommendations of document flow management and its optimization within a public institution of higher education.
