Turnpike in the discrete model of regional development

The article copnsiders the scheme of turnpike research for discrete control systems and their sequential elaboration. A turnpike solution is while the transition from basic problem to the problem of lower degree by identification and exception of passive discrete chains. The efficiency of this approach is demonstrated on models of socio-ecological-economic systems which are concurned with actual problem solution of stable development.
