The magnetic parameters of samples of polymorphic modifications Bi3NbO7 were studied by magnetic susceptibility and ESR methods. The paramagnetic component of the magnetic susceptibility of a tetragonal phase exceeds the value of the magnetic susceptibility cubic. The signals of ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) were detected by ESR. Molar fraction of niobium (IV), calculated according to the magnetic susceptibility, in the sample tetragonal phase is 0.0038.
