This article discusses ways to prevent moral hazard. First, increase the amount of resources spent on tightening supervision of the agent's activities. Secondly, control as the introduction of the necessary sources of information about the economic agent, the efforts he makes, his justice, diligence. Thirdly, control through a market mechanism and McDonald's as an example of the effective organization of a set of measures that minimize the impact of moral hazard.
