Small and medium enterprises of Chelyabinsk oblast: analysis of the state and development perspectives

The article covers different development aspects of small and medium enterprises. The economic sense and the role of this sector in national and regional economy are highlighted as well as the approaches to defining a small business entity. The authors have analyzed the state of small and medium businesses at Chelyabinsk Oblast. The article is concerned with management by objectives method of development and support of small and medium businesses.
