Since 1998 to 2007 in the clinic of hospital surgery (based on surgical wards) of Ulianovsk State University the following types of surgical treatment of patients with cholelithic disease were carried out: more than 2000 laparoscopic cholecystectomies, 154 mini-laparotomies and 173 traditional laparatomies. Low-invasive surgical treatment of acute cholecystopancreatitis of patients over 60 years due to miniacess is advisable for persons with high degree of operationally anesthetic risk.
