Miniinvasive technologies of acute cholecystitis of the old patients

Experience of treatment of 136 patients very old age and long-livers are analyzed. The mean patients age was 84 ± 3,4 years. We operated 63 patients (46 %). Cholecystectomies were performed at 50 cases (80 %). Postoperative death rate has made 8 %. Microbiological landscape of bile and it sensitivity to antibiotics was studied
