Low habitation as effective component of social and economic strategy in the course of an exit of the country from crisis

Building is considered as an economy motive power as a whole, features of realization of the project of mass building, as way of improvement of the Russian economy and exit from the crisis period are considered. Low building is considered as a way of the general improvement of quality of life of the population as a whole and especially agricultural population, and just as the most perspective direction of the decision of housing problem in Russia.
