Small innovative businesses as a subject of international cooperation in the area of science and technologies

Small innovative businesses are the most large-scale and dynamic subject of international cooperation in the area of science and technologies, but despite numerous support programmes they do not create an innovative economy and the conditions for full-scale participation of Russia in the global scientific space. The author considers the results and practice of the international support programmes of small innovative businesses and the possibility of using them to solve internal economic and infrastructural problems in order to allow Russian small innovative enterprises to enter international markets.
