Small and medium business at the regional level

The article is devoted to aspects of taxation of small and medium-sized businesses in the Smolensk region. The number of registered SMEs and its structure are considered. The current taxation systems are described and revenues from them are analyzed, and attention is also paid to the analysis of debts on taxes, fees, insurance premiums, penalties and tax sanctions.
