In this paper authors share technical details of performing hand-assisted laparoscopic operations in laparoscopic surgery. Features of sigmoidectomy, left and right hemicolectomies are reviewed. Authors conclude that hand-assisted laparoscopic operations are necessary for fast overcome of learning curve with minimal complication rate.
