The article is devoted to the study of plasma markers of fibrosis (insulin-like growth factor-1, tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1, aldosterone), angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, and in the acute phase of myocardial infarction. There were changes in plasma concentrations of markers of fibrosis in these pathologies in comparison to healthy. The greatest changes in plasma concentrations of markers of fibrosis observed in acute myocardial infarction.
