The article substantiates the high relevance of such area of criminological research as the victimological mechanism of involvement of minors in non-medical drug use and drug trafficking. The concept of markers of drug victimity of minors and the content of two groups of these markers are revealed. The first group is formed by signs of drug victimization of minors, which are mainly objective in nature and do not depend on personal psychological and other characteristics of the teenager. The second group covers signs of a subjective nature, which largely depend on the personal inclination of a minor to become a victim of involvement in drug trafficking. It is concluded that there is a process of transformation of a minor involved in drug use and drug trafficking from a passive object of such influence into an active criminal subject. The need for further criminological research into the process of victimisation of a minor from a victim to a drug offender is pointed out.
