The article discusses the need for a new pre-school institutions management approach. This is caused by the need to the emergence of new alternative forms of provision of educational services in the region, posing a serious competitive environment for the development of pre-school education services. This problem aggravates the problem objectively modify the educational process. However, the need for new resources, the quality and efficiency determines the improvement of the organizational and economic mechanisms of functioning of the children's educational institution.
