In recent years, the development of local retail enterprises in the world is very rapid,but compared to Wal-Mart and other international giants still have a big gap, some problems in marketing strategy is an important factor to limit the sustainable development of the retail industry in countries.Wal-Mart as one of the world's largest retail enterprises, its development path is worth learning and reference.By studying the problems in the marketing strategy of Chinese retail enterprises, this paper systematically analyzes the marketing strategy of Wal-Mart, summarizes its successful experience, and puts forward suggestions for improvement of the marketing strategy scheme of Chinese retail industry.
