The article presents the results of marketing research of the regional coffee market. The object of the research was the market of Belgorod (Russia). The survey was conducted using an online survey in which in November 2017, 50 respondents aged 20 to 50 took part, forming the bulk of the most active consumers of coffee and coffee shop visitors. As a result of the research, the most attractive segment of the market for coffee houses is presented.
