The article discusses the use of marketing analysis tools in the personnel policy of an organization that sells food products, which are based on the interaction and balance of the internal and external environment of the enterprise. A comprehensive analysis of the external environment showed possible positive trends for the successful operation of the enterprise. It is concluded that the formation of personnel policy in the organization occurs through the diagnosis and assessment of the impact on the effectiveness of the organization.
