The scientific article is devoted to the analysis of marketing tools in the housing construction industry. Characterizing their structure and specifics, the study reveals the importance of marketing orientation for the successful implementation of innovations in this field. Special attention is paid to the management of instruments, given the high sensitivity to economic changes. The result of the analysis was the systematization of key aspects of the management of marketing tools in housing construction.
