The relevance of the research results presented in the article lies in the need to search for effective marketing research in the field of tourism in order to identify theoretical and practical implications for the qualitative and quantitative research process. The article discusses the different types of marketing research, the methodology of marketing research in tourism and the types of research used in this field. The analysis uses a documentary style and specific literature, including the works of Anglo-American and European theorists.
