The analysis of the positive factors affecting the attractiveness and relevance of the University among the school graduates, and ensuring stability of the N. V. Vereshchagin VSDFA position in the rating among agricultural universities of the Russian Federation is given in the article. Despite the adaptation and flexible policy of the university according to constantly changing requirements of the educational services consumers, the factors are identified, both at micro, and at macro level which are negatively reflected in quantitative and qualitative reception results to the Academy of the Vologda school graduates.
