This article examines the integration of eSports into the education system, noting its increased popularity and level of involvement among young people. Computer sports are not only a form of entertainment, but are also becoming an important tool in the educational environment, which opens up new horizons for the development of both students and the industry itself. Nowadays, universities and schools are starting to offer specialized programs and courses related to eSports. This phenomenon inevitably raises the question of the impact of this integration on students - both at the level of developing personal skills and abilities, and in terms of professional education. An important aspect of the study is the analysis of the target audience to assess the perception of eSports in the educational context. This makes it possible to more deeply analyze the opinions of students and teachers about the benefits of eSports in the educational process and how it can help in career guidance and in mastering IT specialties. After all, education in Russia is currently aimed at ensuring the comprehensive development of the individual, the preparation of educated, competent and morally stable citizens who are able to successfully interact in the modern world.
