The article puts forward and discusses the hypothesis according to which the Marxist theory of socialism should not be considered as a purely scientific theory the result of the purely scientific activity of K. Marx and F. Engels, but as a conceptually designed structure disguised under scientific knowledge, which primarily solves the tasks of promoting the ideas of the Revolution and the Transition to a system in which private property is liquidated. The article discusses the features of the development of the capitalist world system, which requires the emergence of a special supranational level of management. Special attention is paid to how the" weak " theory in scientific terms became widespread in the public consciousness, gained a powerful public influence and played such a big role in the historical transformations of the twentieth century.
