Scale-invariant laws of evolution of structure and estimation of reliability of aluminium alloys at consecutive dynamic and fatigue loadings

The article describes a study of the defects ensemble's collective behavior role in the pre-loaded with samples of two aluminum alloys Al-Cu and Al-Mg, prone to fatigue tests, the relevant basic lifetime (about 2∙105 cycles). After deformation of the surface relief was filmed using an interferometer-profilometer New-View in order to study the scale-invariant patterns of evolution of structure due to defects.
