Mass riots and readiness for them by employees of the internal affairs bodies

To date, the problem of the flow of riots in the country is quite acute. This is largely due to the complicated situation in the world. Therefore, our state is trying to take all possible measures to prevent mass unrest on the part of the population. Thus, planning, organizing and participating in mass riots, of course, should be severely punished. Such actions cause distrust in the authorities, cast doubt on the inviolability of constitutional provisions, which is unacceptable for a rule of law state. And also disorganize its work, impede the normal functioning of public institutions.
