In this paper we consider a mathematical model of shells reinforcement made of fibrous composite materials and the problem of uniform distribution of points on surfaces. The proposed method consists of the shells reinforcement arbitrary form uniformly distributed short fibers. Optimality criterion of reinforcement is the properties transversal isotropy of the shell. The proposed algorithm is universal for membranes of arbitrary shape. In the article special attention is paid to the problem of uniform distribution of points on different surfaces. The algorithm is an integral part of the reinforcement proposed model and it is actual for other areas of science.
