Mathematical model is presented for determining the rational processing conditions for flat grinding operations by the periphery of a circle on machines with a rectangular table consisting of a linear objective function and linear inequality constraints. The objective function is the equation determining the main processing time, and as inequality constraints, the limitations associated with the functional parameters and parameters that determine the processing quality and the kinematic capabilities of the machine.
