A mathematical model of the worldwide socioeconomic development, based on the optimization approach, is suggested and analyzed in this article. The model takes into consideration the interests of producing, consuming, finance and control sectors of the worldwide socioeconomic system. The authors ' conception is opposed with the other authors' approaches, and conditions which ease mathematic modeling of worldwide advancement are considered.
