Expert's mathematical model by information assessment of security system

A mathematical model of an expert, who conducts the assessment for large scale with n-points, which takes into account the possibility of equally probable ratings has been investigated. The choice of the distribution function has been substantiated, the function parameters have been analyzed, the characteristic function, mathematical expectation and the variance have been investigated. The case of the evaluation of N experts has been considered. The relation between the expectation and the estimated parameter, and the specified method for determining (correcting) the estimated parameter for the mathematical expectation is investigated.
