Mathematical models of oncological diseases developed in the work are based on the Cauchy problem for ordinary differential equations. The dynamics of the tumor cell population and the immune system's response to their occurrence are taken into account. The model takes into account the variant of the death of dividing cells and the variant of partial filling of the growth space with dividing cells. Chemotherapy is considered as the direct destruction of dividing cells by drugs. Simulation modeling provides a forecast of the distribution of patients by stages of the disease, to estimate the consumption of drugs depending on the duration of treatment.
