Mathematical Model of Optimizing the Distribution of Technological Operations at the Enterprise

The article is devoted to the issues of optimizing the distribution of technological operations at a manufacturing enterprise. In conditions when enterprises, especially small and medium-sized ones, are faced with uneven equipment loading and frequent changes in product range, there is a need for an effective and rational solution to redistribute operations. In this regard, a mathematical model is proposed that allows making optimal management decisions on the distribution of technological operations, while taking into account real limitations, equipment specifi cs and production features, which, as practice shows, signifi cantly affects the fi nal effi ciency.
